Is this traditional mindfulness meditation?
No. Mindfulness is included, but MAVA works the body first. We use breath, rhythm, movement, and vagal cues to create biological shifts that quickly releases stress. This is regulation, not relaxation.
I tried meditation and it didn’t work for me
