Session 2 - Progressive Release · 7 minutes
Systematic tension and release through the body. Flushes the physical residue of accumulated stress. Most people don't realise how much they're holding until this session shows them - and then removes it.
Session 3 - Loving Kindness · 11 minutes
The emotional layer. Guided by Ian, this session softens what pressure has hardened. Not sentiment - neuroscience. Self-directed compassion measurably reduces cortisol and restores heart-brain coherence.
Session 4 - Coherence Breathing · 3 minutes
Heart rate variability synchronisation. Three minutes at resonance frequency. Your heart and brain begin talking to each other again. This is the biological foundation of flow.
Session 5 - Rhythmic Release · 7 minutes
Deeper than Session 2. Rhythmic muscle tension and release combined with breath. The body stops bracing. Ease returns - not as a feeling, as a physical state.
Session 6 - Autogenics · 11 minutes
The deepest reset in the programme. Autogenic training - used by elite performers and military personnel for decades - induces a profound parasympathetic state. This is where the inner critic goes quiet. Sometimes for the first time in years.
Session 7 - Being in Flow · 21 minutes
